We make reasonable efforts to keep this website available and up to date. Short periods of downtime, for example for maintenance, are possible and do not give rise to any claim against us.

We reserve the right to deny access to this website to users who violate applicable law or these terms.
 

B. Terms of Sale
 

1. Scope

These terms of sale apply to all orders placed through the Nouworks online shop, regardless of whether delivery is to Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
 

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our shop does not constitute a binding offer on our part, but an invitation to place an order. By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.
 

3. Prices and Payment

All displayed prices are final prices. As we make use of the small business exemption under German tax law (§ 19 UStG, Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged or shown separately.

Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card or the payment services offered through our shop system (e.g. Klarna, Shop Pay), or by bank transfer in advance (Vorkasse). The payment methods offered at checkout are binding.
 

4. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until paid for in full.
 

5. Delivery

We ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Details on shipping costs, free-shipping thresholds, and delivery times can be found on our shipping page: [link to shipping page]. Stated delivery times are estimates and, unless explicitly stated as binding, are not guaranteed.

For deliveries to Switzerland, please note that Switzerland is outside the EU. Any import duties and import VAT are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
 

6. Right of Withdrawal

7. Handcrafted Products

Our products are handmade. Minor variations in color, pattern, size, or texture compared to product photos or previous orders may occur due to the handcrafted production process and do not constitute a defect.

C. General Provisions
 

1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers residing in another country, this applies only to the extent that it does not restrict any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of their country of residence.
 

2. Jurisdiction

For merchants without a general place of jurisdiction in Germany, Berlin shall be the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship. This does not apply to consumers, for whom the statutory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.
 

3. Dispute Resolution

We are not willing and not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
 

4. Severability

Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
