There is no minimum order value — you can order as little or as much as you like. All pieces are handcrafted to order, so the delivery times below already include making your piece, not just the time in transit.
 

Germany Rate: €4.99 Free over €100.00 Standard shipping: 5–10 business days

Austria Rate: €8.99 Free over €150.00 Standard shipping: 6–12 business days
 

Switzerland Rate: €14.99 Free over €150.00 Standard shipping: 7–14 business days As Switzerland is outside the EU, a customs declaration is required for every parcel. Any import duties or VAT charged on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping rate.
 

(Free shipping applies from €100 in Germany and from €150 in Austria and Switzerland, reflecting the higher actual carrier costs there.)
 

Returns
 

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, in its original, unworn condition and with any tags attached. Please contact us at [your email] before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
 

Right of Withdrawal
 

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
 

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
 

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
